John was the smartest. James was the most talented. Jose was the most qualified. Jules got the job. Why?

Qualifications matter. But they’re no longer enough. Today’s employers are looking for something more: people who can communicate confidently, take initiative, accept responsibility, build relationships and handle setbacks.

Join Perfect Teams, creators of The Freedom Seminar, for a free one-hour webinar exploring The Capability Crisis and why some people consistently create more opportunities than others.

“Employers don’t recruit what you know. They recruit what you can demonstrate.”

Is this event online or in-person? It’s a live online webinar delivered via Zoom.

What will I learn at this seminar? A short introduction to The Freedom Seminar and The Capability Crisis - why employers increasingly hire for demonstrated capability, and what that means for you.

How will I receive the joining link? After you register on Zoom, the joining link is emailed to you and added to your calendar confirmation.

Is the seminar interactive? Yes - there’s time for questions during the session.

Will there be a recording available afterwards? A recording may be shared with registrants after the event.
